Kanawha Valley Senior Services (KVSS) is honored to provide healthy, nutritious meals to seniors in welcoming locations across Kanawha County. This program is made possible through a federal grant for adults age 60 and older, along with the generous support of the Kanawha County Commission.
We kindly encourage a suggested donation starting at **$2.00 per meal** to help keep this valuable program going and “Bridge That Gap” between the federal meal reimbursement and the actual cost of producing meals.
Guests under the age of 60—such as caregivers, friends, or visitors accompanying a senior—are welcome to join us for **$6.00 per meal**.
We warmly invite all seniors age 60 and over to stop by a meal site, enjoy great food, build friendships, and take part in fun activities.
KVSS owns and operates our main meal site in Charleston; all other locations are hosted by community partners. Participants in the Federal Senior Nutrition Meal Program are required to complete an annual assessment and sign in daily for each meal.
